I built Forge because busy days shouldn’t erase the plan.

Why Forge exists

Built from a career of finding time when there wasn’t much to spare.

I’ve spent my career in corporate America, climbing the ladder while trying to stay present for work, family, and my health. On the busiest days, lunch was often the only realistic window to train.

The challenge was rarely knowing that exercise mattered. It was having a plan ready, keeping the session moving, and finishing before the next meeting.

Forge grew from that reality: structured strength training that helps you spend less time deciding and more time doing—whether you are stepping into the gym for the first time or have been lifting for years.
