Information Forge handles
Forge may store information you choose to enter, including workout preferences, training history, completed sets, repetitions, working weights, starting strength estimates, skipped workouts, and app settings. The launch version is designed to keep core workout data on your device unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise.
Website information
If you email us or join the early-access list, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address and message. We use it to respond, provide requested updates, and support Forge.
How information is used
We use information to operate the app, save your workout progress, provide training insights, respond to support requests, improve Forge, maintain security, and comply with applicable law.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers to operate communications or website services, and may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Health and fitness notice
Forge provides general fitness planning and tracking. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.
Your choices
You can choose what workout information to enter. App controls may allow you to reset or erase locally stored workout data. You may unsubscribe from launch updates at any time by contacting us.
Children
Forge is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the service.
Changes
We may update this policy as Forge evolves. We will post the updated effective date on this page.
