These Terms govern your use of Forge Strength Coach, a product owned and operated by LGC Capital LLC. By using Forge, you agree to these Terms.
Fitness and medical disclaimer
Forge provides general educational fitness information, workout organization, and tracking. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Exercise carries risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or other concern. Stop exercising and seek appropriate care if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for selecting appropriate exercises and loads, using safe technique and equipment, and deciding whether you are physically able to perform a workout. Recommendations are estimates and must be adjusted to your ability and circumstances.
Permitted use
You may use Forge for personal, noncommercial purposes in accordance with applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, interfere with, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to Forge or its systems.
Availability and changes
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will meet every training need.
Intellectual property
Forge, its branding, software, content, and design are owned by LGC Capital LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Forge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. LGC Capital LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of Forge. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
